Xhromatogram™ is a viewer for AIA chromatography data and now with version 0.10, it displays AIA mass spectrometry data. It displays continuous-scan data, centroided data, and MS library files. It will display a mass spectrum scan in the upper window. The lower window will show the extracted mass chromatogram of a single mass or a range. If the file is a library, the lower window shows a table of properties for the substances. It also can show all the metadata asssociated with the MS data.

As with earlier versions, Xhromatogram is a viewer only. It does print reports, and export images or text. It does not analyze, process, edit or write data.

Xhromatogram is compliant with ASTM E1947-98(2004) for chromatography data and ASTM E2077-00 for mass spectrometric data. It has been tested against the AIA/ANDI test cases from andi.sourceforge.net.

Xhromatogram is a universal binary application and Mac OS X 10.4 or higher is required.

Xhromatogram is free, open-source software, released under an Apache-style license (ver. 1.1).
