The Scale/Axis tab lets you adjust the size of the
chromatogram. There is an option to convert the
time axis units to minutes. Another option turns on
cursor tracking.
Autoscaling is based on the minimum and
maximum values for the whole chromatogram.
There are only four colors for the chromatogram
traces. If you have more than four traces, the
colors cycle.
You may choose which peak processing results
appear as columns in the table. Double click an
available variable to make it appear. Double click a
visible variable to hide it. You may change the
order of the columns in the preference dialog by
selecting an item and clicking the up or down
arrows. You may do the same by dragging a
column in the table. You may choose whether or
not to include unidentified peaks in the table.
Printing options are in the settings panel instead
of the usual place in the print panel. Maybe I’ll fix
this.
The Overlay tab lets you set the horizontal and
vertical offset of overlaid chromatograms by a
percentage of full scale.
